The court obligated him to pay the fees and expenses of the suit. The court ruled that his acquittal was not based on the women's lying in the report. The man had demanded that he pay her one lakh dirhams in material and moral compensation and force her to pay fees and expenses for uttering obscenities.

The court had held that the plaintiff's falsify in the report against the accused had caused him moral and material damages.
