One of the accused took the girl to a rented villa as part of a friendship and then raped her and stole 7,000 Dirhams from her possession. The girl transferred 180,000 Dirhams from her bank account to several people in her home country, then she could provide a password for a shopping app. An Asian young man invited the girl for a cup of coffee and a walk and she accepted the request.

At the same time, the accused arrived with another man and asked him to get in his car and they went straight to the villa. The victim said, she forcibly tied up and taken to the villa. The victim added that after he was abducted, the accused stole 7,000 Dirhams from her possession before being forced to provide his ATM card and PIN, and as a result they were able to enter a shopping site and purchase goods worth 180 Dirhams.

The victim alleged that the two accused raped her and one of them filmed her using her mobile phone in a defamatory manner. Defendants held videos and passports and threatened to post the video on social media. Two days later she escaped from the villa and reported the incident to police.

During the investigation, the police said that the team of detectives was able to identify the two accused. Subsequent investigations revealed that the defendants had left their residence and rented a hotel apartment in Al Rikha.

One of them confessed to arresting the accused, introducing the girl through social media and agreeing to have sex for 3,000 Dirhams. He said that on the day of the incident, he reached the place where the girl had confessed and got into his car and met the second accused. There they raped her and threatened not to report her to the police. Police said they found video clips from the accused's mobile phone.
